Q. Why can't I choose which flavors I want?
A. We choose the most popular flavors/blends for the given time of year so you can taste the wide variety of beans we roast in our store. If you would like to receive the same flavor/blend each month instead, simply let us know and we will create a custom subscription for you - email@example.com or (989) 354-8231
Q. How do I renew my subscription?
A. We will send you a reminder in your final package to let you know it's the last one. Simply re-enter our website and order a new subscription to renew!
Q. Can I order more than 3 months at a time?
A. At this time we only offer 3 months subscriptions on our website. If you would like to reserve more than 3 months of deliveries, please call our store to make arrangements - (989) 354-8231
Q. Can I request a specific grind size (French Press, Percolator, Espresso, etc)?
A. Absolutely! Our default setting is for automatic drip, but just leave us a note in the "customer comments" section at checkout and we will adjust that for you!
